Janet Marie Lewis has lived in many places in the world, but hangs both her hat and heart in Topeka, KS where she is a daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, niece, aunt and friend to many. After serving in the United States Army during the Gulf War theatre, Janet spent many years in El Paso, Texas, before moving home to her family in Kansas. Over the years she has studied creative writing, geology and social psychology, "trying to discover what she wanted to be when she grew up." Today, Janet earns a living as a Security Project Manager yet, she has never lost sight of her passion. With encouragement from friends and family, Janet published the first four of a series, The Krystal Kracker, and has garnered a global following for not only her full-length fiction, but her short stories and poetry as well.
